The SOC 2 Type II examination covered Landytech’s investment management platform, Sesame, for the period 12th May 2025 to 12th August 2025. The audit evaluated the design and operating effectiveness of controls relevant to the Security, Availability and Confidentiality Trust Services Criteria as defined by the AICPA’s 2017 Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy. Landytech’s system is hosted in Microsoft Azure, which provides the underlying cloud-hosting services. The scope included Landytech’s internal controls, supporting infrastructure, and the complementary user-entity and subservice-organisation controls necessary to meet its service commitments and system requirements.
The SOC 2 audit was conducted by A-LIGN, the leading provider in cybersecurity compliance trusted by more than 4,000 global organisations to help mitigate cybersecurity risks.

SOC 2 reports are recognised globally and affirm that a company’s infrastructure, software, people, data, policies, procedures and operations have been formally reviewed.
